About Sony superstar singer
It is a singing reality show for kids. But what makes it different than other junior singing reality shows. Well, here all the contestants are not fresh faces for television. Some of them might have already appeared in some singing reality shows like the voice India kids, rising star, and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs. Some of them are also contestants from regional singing reality shows. The show first released on 29th June 2019 and it went up to 6 October 2019. The first season had a total of 30 episodes. The show aired on Sony Entertainment television on weekends. However, the audience could also watch the show on SonyLIV the online platform of Sony Entertainment Television.
Judges
From the list of the contestants, you could understand the competition would be so tough because they are already experienced in this field. Choosing one among such talented kids is a tough call for the judges. However, the makers of the show selected judges amongst the topmost singers of the nation Himesh Reshammiya, Javed Ali, and Alka Yagnik.
Mentors
Other than the judges there were also mentors who trained the contestants for their performance. The mentors had their teams consisting of 4 participants. As mentors, they made sure that the performance of every contestant was top-notch. Eligibility Criteria for Superstar Singer audition season 2 2021
The person has to be an Indian citizen.The person has to be 5 to 13 years old.As there are participants below 18 years, they need to provide parental or legal guardian’s details and their parent or legal guardian has to accompany them in the show.Anyhow, this is a digital audition the person need not reach any venue for this. But you need to have an Internet connection are you can go to any nearby cyber cafe for uploading your video.The person also needs to provide his or her identity proof details.
